✔ Direct contact with the responsible authority (with tenant’s authorization)

✔ Preparation and submission of legally compliant requests for expedited processing

✔ Assistance with missing documents and proofs required for payment approval

✔ Urgency requests & escalation procedures for delayed cases

✔ Consultation on further steps, such as direct payment arrangements from the authorities to the landlord
